First-time clients complete intake forms and have a consultation before treatment begins. New clients keep a card on file at booking, stored through Square. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service total, and no-shows are charged in full. Late cancellation and no-show fees carry a 3.5% processing fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten, change or forfeit the appointment, and the full service fee may still apply.
