A consultation is the suggested first step before any major change. Money paid for a consultation is credited toward the client's next appointment. Clients who cannot come into the salon can email the business to arrange one. Extensions require a consultation before they can be booked.

The hair menu is organized by guest type. Existing guests and new guests have separate haircut prices, and new guest haircut prices include a styling lesson. Curly-hair cuts are priced separately, and there is a dedicated express curly cut for existing clients who do not need a style or lesson. Bang trims are done with hair already dry and set the way the client wants it to fall.

Color options run from accent highlights and lowlights to full highlights, colormelt, balayage and ombre. Keratin smoothing comes in a full treatment and a mini version for specific areas. A body wave perm is offered separately, and its price can change with the condition of the hair and the product needed.
