A combination brow visit begins with a consultation that includes brow mapping and a skin and undertone check, followed by an initial session of about two to three hours. Powder brows use pixelated shading for a soft, shaded look and are described as suitable for all skin types, including mature and oily skin. Nano brows use fine strokes for a bold but natural-looking brow and are not recommended for oily skin.

Color correction is for clients coming from another artist who need correction, shape balancing or density adjustments. It requires a virtual or in-studio consultation before booking, and pricing depends on how much previous pigment is present and how complex the correction is, including scar tissue. Corrections usually take several appointments because pigment heals over several weeks.

The studio also offers scalp micropigmentation, a cosmetic tattoo technique for men and women that creates the look of hair follicles, along with tiny tattoos and semi-permanent freckles. Policies include at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations, with a $200 fee after that window, non-refundable appointment deposits, and only one permanent eyebrow appointment booked per day. A referral program pays the referrer 10% of what the referred friend spends.
