Students train in modern facilities and receive ongoing mentorship and career counseling. Clients who book services are served by students, and a licensed Master Instructor monitors the work. The school says its services cost a small share of regular salon prices, and describes its program rates as among the most affordable in Oklahoma.

Training ranges from a 120-hour eyelash technician course to 1,250-hour cosmetology and barber programs that prepare students for state licensing. Tuition is charged at $7 per clock hour. Most programs carry a separate, non-refundable $750 enrollment fee, and a $750 down payment is required to start. Program kits are sold separately for $500 to $750, except the eyelash technician kit, which is included. Monthly payments are flexible and depend on schedule and program length.

Classes begin on the first Tuesday of each month. Enrollment is completed in person in a one-day process and requires photo ID, a Social Security number, and a high school diploma, GED or 8th grade transcript. The school offers a cash-pay option at a discounted tuition rate with no interest or loans, does not offer traditional scholarships, and accepts tribal funding once the tribe is contacted for documentation. Campus tours can be scheduled in advance.

Students carry out client services under the supervision of a licensed Master Instructor, with the school's stated aim of readying graduates for professional work.
