Booking is handled online through GlossGenius, and clients can send questions through a contact form on the website. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. The studio charges a 50% fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows.
