Facial menus include Betera's own Classic and Signature facials, an Acne Facial, a Men's Facial and a Back Facial. The Signature Facial can include microdermabrasion or dermaplaning, and several short add-ons, including LED light therapy, extraction and the Hydrafacial RegenGF Booster, can be added to a visit.

Hydrafacial services come in four levels, from the Classic Hydrafacial to the Acne Hydrafacial, Hydrafacial Plus and Signature Hydrafacial. Peel options include Image Signature Peels and Advanced Image MD Peels, and microdermabrasion can be combined with an Image Signature Peel in one visit.

Some waxing services are priced low for small areas, and a full Brazilian is priced differently for first-time clients or appointments more than six weeks after the last wax.

Clients can book appointments online through the website. The spa is open Monday through Friday with varying hours, takes Saturday appointments by booking only, and is closed on Sunday. Phone bookings are available at (865) 789-7556.
