On the nail side, the menu covers manicures and pedicures in several levels, gel polish, dip powder, and nail enhancements including Gel X soft tip extensions, Poly Gel, Full Builder Gel sets, and acrylic full sets and fills. Custom nail art is available, with options such as 3D charms, sculpted designs and rhinestone placements, and nail art is priced by detail. The Relax and Rejuvenate manicures and pedicures include a hot stone massage. Gel combos pair a gel manicure with a pedicure at a combined price.

Beyond nails, the salon offers lash extensions in classic sets and fills, Y shaped lash sets, lash lifts, lash tinting, eyebrow tinting and brow lamination. Facials run 30 minutes to an hour and start at $85. Waxing covers the face, lips, chin, brows, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest and the bikini area. A children's menu serves clients aged 10 and under, with a manicure and pedicure combo that includes free flower nail art.

Walk-ins are welcome and online booking is available. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card, CashApp, Zelle and Apple Pay, but not personal checks. Children under 12 come in only for services and must have an adult with them at all times. Parties of five or more receive 10% off, which suits showers, birthdays and office groups. Spending $100 or more includes a free gift. Monthly memberships run from $49 to $199, with unused services rolling over for one month and annual prepayment saving 10%.

Services are not refundable. If a client is unhappy with a service, the salon will redo it when the client reports it within 7 days. Clients should disclose any health issues before the appointment. Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be cashed out, and the salon is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired gift cards or belongings. Students under 18 with ID receive 5% off, and seniors with ID pay a reduced price of $65 for the listed senior service.
