Britly came into the beauty industry through tooth gems and teeth whitening, and added sugaring and customized facials after becoming licensed as an esthetician. Teaching is a large part of the business. Courses are one-on-one, built around each student's learning needs, and offered online or in person with the same fundamentals taught in both formats. Sugaring training is a seven-hour hands-on course with a theory lecture, a full sugar kit, a live Brazilian demonstration, two to three live models, a certificate on completion, continued support, a bonus mini vajacial course, and a follow-up call with Britly. Tooth gem training is a four-hour theory and practical course with a certificate and continued support, and its kit has enough gems and adhesive for approximately 20 to 30 clients. Teeth whitening training is a three-hour theory and practical course with a certificate and continued support, and its kit covers approximately the first 10 clients. A six-hour duo course covers both teeth whitening and tooth gems. Sugar waxing and tooth gem training are each $400, teeth whitening training and the duo course are each $500, and a live model for tooth gem training costs an extra $50. Teeth whitening training requires a student to find their own live model. Students need a Blood Borne Pathogen Certificate before training, and a licensed esthetician is not required to take a course. Payment plans are available by arrangement through message.

Products are sustainable, natural, and eco-friendly sugar wax products for waxing. Tooth gems come in 18k gold or lead-free crystals and are applied with dental grade bonding agents. Teeth whitening uses peroxide gels made in the USA and described as FDA approved, and in-home whitening maintenance products are sold between sessions. Whitening pens range from about $17.99 to $159.99.

Booking requires a $30 deposit, which is applied toward the service and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients receive a confirmation text 24 to 48 hours before the appointment and need to complete consent forms before arriving. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means the appointment is canceled and the deposit is forfeited, and no-shows and last-minute cancellations are handled the same way. Clients can reschedule once with more than 24 hours' notice; otherwise a new deposit is required. All sales, including products and trainings, are final, and the business reserves the right to refuse service.

Courses are one-on-one and designed around each student's learning needs, and the business treats the choice of course and the use of quality products as central to a student's success.
