The salon is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Clients book online or by phone, and the salon describes its schedule as tight and professional, so arriving on time matters. Each visit starts with a consultation to settle the style, the details and the final price, since prices for several styles are confirmed once the client shares their details. Sessions vary with the style: smaller styles can take two to three hours, while full box or knotless braids can take five to eight hours.

Knotless box braids, bohemian knotless braids and goddess-bohemian box braids are the core of the menu, offered in a range of sizes and lengths from shoulder to knee. Other options include feed-in cornrows, tribal braids, lemonade braids, crochet, faux locs, butterfly locs, kinky twists and Miracle Nuts, which the salon describes as a seamless technique with no visible knots at the root. Take-downs of an existing braided style are also offered.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total cost, and the remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card on the day. Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice let the deposit carry over to a rescheduled visit, while late cancellations and no-shows forfeit it. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, detangled, fully dry hair.
