The eyebrow menu runs from quick arch and tint visits to longer procedures. A brow arch takes about 20 minutes, brow maintenance about 25 minutes, and a brow tint alone about 20 minutes. Brow lamination takes about an hour. For clients who want a shaped arch and color together, the arch and tint combination takes about 25 minutes. Microblading takes about two hours, combination microblading about two hours, and microshading about two hours and 25 minutes. A separate arch service is offered for clients who already have a micro-bladed brow and need upkeep.

Eyelash lifts take about an hour and ten minutes.

Every service requires a non-refundable deposit to schedule, which is deducted from the total. Clients more than 10 minutes late pay a $10 late fee at checkout, and clients more than 15 minutes late lose the deposit and have the appointment cancelled automatically. Deposits can be moved to a new date with at least 24 hours' notice, and only one transfer is allowed per booking. The business waives its fee when it reschedules or cancels an appointment. Communication is handled Wednesday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Brow products are sold on site, including brow pencils in brunette and blonde, brow powders in light brown, brunette and soft black, and a brunette tinted gel. A brow supply kit and gift cards are also available.
