Patients work directly with Dr. Berman through consultation, surgery and follow-up, rather than being passed to rotating providers. Consultations are a collaborative conversation of up to an hour, where each option is explained, recommendations are offered and expectations are set realistically. No templated treatment plans are used. Pre-consultations can be booked online with a Patient Care Coordinator. The consultation fee is $150 and is non-refundable, but it can be applied toward a procedure, injectables, skincare or products at the office.

Surgeries booked within 30 days must be paid in full when the deposit is made. Rescheduling a surgery costs a $1,500 fee that is non-refundable and non-transferable.
