Product sales are final, with no refunds, returns or exchanges. Online orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. The loyalty program gives 50 points for booking, signing up or joining, and 1 point per dollar spent on products or plans; 100 points redeem 10% off the lowest priced item in the cart. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and do not expire.
