Benessere Salon & Spa Suites

Benessere was founded by salon owners Janet and Cass D'Amato. Janet has worked as a stylist for more than 38 years, in salons in Waukesha and Pewaukee, and has also been an educator with Redken and Scruples. She has mentored business entrepreneurs for over 20 years. Her first salon, Salon Brillare, opened in 2004 at 1840 Meadow Lane in Pewaukee and has grown several times within Grandview Plaza.

Cass has more than three decades of experience in the trades and has managed rental property. Cass built the business while serving as its in-house maintenance technician. The business describes itself as having top beauty professionals in the Lake Country area.

Suites are offered in single standard, single window, double, double window and adjoining configurations, and each lease includes full personalization and customization of the suite. Hair styling suites come with a Collins portable styling station and appliance center, a Collins styling chair, and a tilting backwash shampoo bowl with a Collins shampoo chair. Color bars measure 48 inches in double suites and 36 inches in single suites and include adjustable color tube storage.

Each suite has a glass-paneled door with a window facing the corridor, padded flooring, instant hot water, filtered or softened water, and floor-to-ceiling drywall walls under 10-foot ceilings. Electrical is pre-wired for dimmable wall sconces, a microwave, a mini-fridge and a heat processor, with room for a chandelier or other decorative fixture. The building has keyless entry, security cameras and a locked lobby, and offers large storage, ample parking and contemporary decor.

The first nine suites opened in April 2023, and a second phase of 16 suites opened in September 2025. A hands-on career hairstylist leads the business, and a property management professional is on site. Tours can be booked by calling or texting 262-522-2914, or through the website form.
