Each visit begins with a consultation and a personalized brow map, so the shape is chosen for the individual face before any service starts. The brows are styled at the end of the appointment. The brand states that it has thousands of trained brow specialists worldwide.

Brow lamination sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks. Brow tinting uses a custom-blended color, and a separate True Color tint is designed to give a natural-looking shade. Clients who want a tint should avoid self-tanning and spray tanning for 24 hours before and after the service. Clients who have never had dye or tint on their hair, brows or lashes need a 24-hour patch test before a tint, which can be done without an appointment.

Clients who are new to brow lamination and have allergies to hair dye or perming solutions also need a 24-hour patch test first. A brow lamination should not be repeated within six weeks of the previous one. Clients who arrive more than five minutes late for an appointment may lose their spot to another customer.
