Each appointment starts with a consultation and a Brow Mapping session to plan the shape, and finishes with the brows being styled. The menu covers the basics such as trimming and tweezing, waxing, and tinting, along with brow lamination for clients who want their brows set and straightened for longer.

Two featured services are a Great Shape Brow Wax, which removes stray hairs to define the shape, and a True Color Brow Tint, a custom-blended tint meant to look natural. Face waxing for the upper lip, chin and sides is also available.

Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are accepted. Clients who arrive more than five minutes after their booked time may lose the slot to another guest. Patch tests for dye or perm solutions can be done in store without an appointment, and a patch test is required before a first tint or lamination for anyone who has never had dye or tint or has a related allergy.
