Each service starts with a consultation and a personalized brow map, then ends with the brows being styled. The menu is organized into brow shaping, brow lamination, tinting and facial waxing, and prices are listed for most services.

Brow lamination is one of the main offerings. It sets and straightens the brows, and the site says the result lasts up to six weeks. Tinting is done with a custom-blended color, and a separate custom tint service is also available.

Clients with allergies, or those who have never had dye or tint on their hair, brows or lashes, are asked to complete a 24-hour patch test before a tint or lamination. The patch test needs no appointment. Clients are also asked to avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint, and lamination cannot be rebooked within six weeks of the last one. Late arrivals of more than five minutes may lose their slot.

Each visit begins with an in-depth consultation and a personalized brow mapping before any service, and finishes with styling.
