A visit starts with an in-depth consultation. The technician maps the brows to show which hairs to remove and which to let grow, then shapes and styles the brows at the end of the appointment. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are also accepted.

Hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Friday and Saturday, and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sunday. Clients who arrive more than five minutes after their appointment time may lose their spot to another customer.

Brow lamination is a separate service that the business says sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks. A new lamination cannot be booked within six weeks of a previous one.
