A visit begins with an in-depth consultation and a personalized brow map that shows which hairs to remove and which to leave growing. The brow specialist styles the brows at the end of each brow service. Walk-ins are accepted, though appointments are recommended. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late for an appointment may lose their spot to another customer.

Brow waxing ranges from $11 for a trim to $46 for a wax combined with a tint, and includes a Great Shape Brow Wax that removes stray hairs to define the shape. Brow tinting is $26, and the featured True Color Brow Tint is a custom-blended tint that adds depth and definition. Brow lamination, priced from $90 to $105, sets and straightens brows for up to 6 weeks, so a new lamination cannot be booked within 6 weeks of the previous one. Lip, chin and side waxing is priced from $15 to $36.

Tints and laminations have patch test rules. A 24-hour patch test is required before a tint for anyone who has never had dye or tint on hair, brows or lashes, and before lamination for anyone with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions; patch tests need no appointment. Clients should also avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint.

Each service starts with a consultation and a personalized brow map, and the brow specialist finishes by styling the brows.
