Each visit starts with an in-depth consultation and custom brow mapping, and the brows are styled at the end. Options run from waxing and trimming to tinting and brow lamination. Brow lamination sets and straightens brows into a fuller, lifted shape, which the business says lasts up to six weeks. Great Shape Brow Wax removes stray hairs to define the shape, and True Color Brow Tint is a custom tint meant to look natural while adding depth and definition.

Tinting uses a custom-blended color. Clients who have never dyed their hair, brows or lashes need a 24-hour patch test before a tint, and the patch test does not need an appointment. Clients with allergies to hair dye or perm solutions need a patch test before a brow lamination. Self-tanning or spray tanning should be avoided for 24 hours before and after a tint, and a brow lamination cannot be booked within six weeks of a previous one.

Appointments are recommended and walk-ins are accepted. Clients arriving more than five minutes late may lose their spot to another customer. Hours are Monday through Wednesday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
