A visit starts with an in-depth consultation and a personalized brow map, and ends with the brows styled. Services range from waxing, trimming and tweezing to tinting, lamination, and face waxing for the upper lip, chin and sides.

Hours are 10 AM to 8 PM Monday through Wednesday, 10 AM to 9 PM Thursday through Saturday, and 11 AM to 6 PM on Sunday. Clients who arrive more than five minutes late may lose their slot to another customer.

Patch tests are required before a tint for anyone who has never dyed or tinted hair, brows or lashes, and before a brow lamination for anyone with an allergy to hair dye or perming solutions. The site lists a 24-hour patch test and notes 48 hours in some countries. Patch tests can be done at the location without an appointment. Clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint, and should not have had a brow lamination in the six weeks before a new one.

Each brow service begins with a consultation and a personalized brow map, so the shape is planned around the individual client before styling.
