Each visit starts with a consultation and ends with the brows being styled. Services are performed by the bar's brow and beauty experts. For shaping, a personalized brow mapping step marks which hairs to remove and which to leave growing, so the result is planned for each client's brows.

The menu covers brow waxing and trimming, brow lamination with or without shaping and tint, brow tinting with a custom-blended tint, and a small face-waxing menu for the upper lip, chin and sides. Brow lamination sets the brows for up to six weeks. Clients who have had a lamination must wait six weeks before booking another, and anyone with a known allergy to hair dye or perm solutions needs a 24-hour patch test before lamination.
