Every brow service begins with an in-depth consultation and finishes with the technician styling the brows. Brow mapping is used to work out which hairs to remove and which to let grow toward the shape a client wants. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are accepted, and bookings can be made through the Benefit Cosmetics website.

Brow lamination sets and straightens the brows into a full, feathered, lifted shape, with results stated to last up to 6 weeks. Brow tint is custom-blended for each client. Clients with an allergy to hair dye or perming solutions need a 24-hour patch test before lamination, or 48 hours in some countries; patch tests are available at the local BrowBar without an appointment. A brow lamination cannot be repeated within 6 weeks of a previous one. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their slot given to another customer.

Services are planned around a consultation and a brow map that shows which hairs to keep and which to remove, and every brow service ends with the technician styling the result.
