The BrowBar is located inside an Ulta store in Merrillville, so clients can book a brow appointment while shopping for beauty products. Hours run from late morning into the evening on weekdays and Saturday, with a shorter Sunday afternoon schedule.

Every service starts with a consultation and a personalized brow mapping, which marks which hairs to remove and which to leave growing. This lets the brow shape follow each client's own growth pattern rather than a single template.

Services are grouped into brow waxing, brow tinting, brow lamination and face waxing. Brow tinting includes a standard tint and a custom-blended True Color tint. Brow lamination sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks, and can be paired with a tint.

Appointments are recommended, though walk-ins are accepted. Clients who arrive more than five minutes late may lose their spot to another customer.

The studio sells a 24-hour brow setter gel for finishing brows and brow products for use between appointments.

Each visit begins with a consultation and a personalized brow mapping to decide which hairs to remove and which to grow out.
