Each service starts with an in-depth consultation with a Brow & Beauty Expert. A personalized step called Brow Mapping shows which hairs to remove and which to let grow, and the service ends with the expert styling the brows. The salon says Benefit has more than 5,000 Brow & Beauty Experts worldwide.

Brow lamination sets and straightens brows for up to six weeks, and a new lamination cannot be booked if the client has had one within the six weeks before. Brow tinting uses a custom-blended color, and the True Color Brow Tint adds depth and definition. Brow waxing, tweezing and trimming shape the brows, and lip, chin and sides waxing are offered as face services.

Clients who are new to dye or tint need a 24-hour patch test before a tint service, and the test is available at the salon without an appointment. Clients with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions need the same patch test before brow lamination. Clients should avoid self-tanning and spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint service, and anyone more than five minutes late may lose their spot to another customer.

The salon describes its brow products as bestsellers. The 24-Hour Brow Setter is an invisible shaping and setting gel for the brows, and the brow products are offered for looks from feathered to bold.

Each visit begins with a consultation and ends with the brows being styled by a Brow & Beauty Expert, with Brow Mapping guiding which hairs stay and which are removed.
