Each service begins with an in-depth consultation and a personalized Brow Mapping. The brow specialist styles the brows at the end of the appointment.

Services cover brow waxing, tweezing and trimming, brow tinting including a custom-blended shade, and brow lamination that sets and straightens brows for up to 6 weeks. Facial waxing for the lip, chin and sides is also available.

Some services have preparation rules. Clients who have never had dye or tint on their hair, brows or lashes need a 24-hour patch test before a tint, and clients with allergies to hair dye or perming solutions need one before brow lamination. Patch tests need no appointment. Clients should avoid self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after a tint, and should not have had a brow lamination in the 6 weeks before another one. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may lose their spot to another customer.

The business's hours are 10 AM to 8 PM Monday through Wednesday, 10 AM to 9 PM Thursday through Saturday, and 11 AM to 6 PM Sunday. The bar also sells a 24-hour brow setter, an invisible shaping and setting gel, and offers Benefit brow products online for a range of looks.
