The skin renewal menu includes classic and specialty facials, hydra facials, skin peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microcurrent facials that use low-level electrical current to lift and tone, and microchanneling, which the spa describes as a collagen-stimulating treatment. Facial lengths run from a 30-minute skin coaching session to 1.5-hour signature treatments, and a teen facial is offered for ages 13 to 17.

The Japanese Head Spa is a scalp ritual combining massage, aromatherapy and nourishing care, offered in three levels. The Essential version is an hour and includes a scalp analysis, scalp oils, exfoliation, cleanse, massage and conditioner. The Signature version adds a scalp steamer, neck, decolletage and hand massage, and tea. The Deluxe version runs 1.5 hours and adds extended arm and hand massage, a hair mask and scalp serum. The spa says the ritual supports hair growth and scalp health. Hand, foot and eye masks can be added to it.

Beauty services include X-treme Lashes semi-permanent extensions, which come in more than 1,000 lengths, thicknesses, colors and curvatures in classic, hybrid and volume sets, with touch-ups every two to three weeks. Waxing covers the face, body and brows, with eyebrow shaping priced at a first-time rate that includes a shape consultation for new waxing clients. Spray tans are custom airbrush applications, and the menu also includes collagen treatments and scrubs and masks. Massage therapy offers Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, prenatal and post-natal massage, a medical-style focus massage, and an Esthetic Facelift Massage that follows the Helena Pahava Method and is best done in a series one week apart.

Appointments can be booked by email, by phone or online through Spa Finder. A major credit card is required to hold reservations. Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early, and first-time guests complete intake forms. Individual services need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and packages of two or more services need 48 hours. Late arrivals may get a shorter service and are charged in full. Gratuity is not included, and the standard is 15 to 20 percent. Prepaid series and packages are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable. Four-session packages and memberships offer added savings, and college students get 15 percent off services of one hour or longer. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and pets and smoking are not permitted.
