Lash work can be tailored from a natural, subtle look to a fuller, more dramatic one. Brow services begin with mapping the shape to each client's natural growth pattern before any waxing, tinting or lamination, so the result follows the brow they were born with.

Appointments require a 25% deposit at booking, which is applied to the total cost; the remaining balance is due at the end of the visit. Deposit transfer, cancellation and grace period rules are set out in the booking policies. Clients are asked to notify the business as soon as possible if running late, and lash lift and brow lamination appointments must be spaced at least 8 weeks apart. Zelle is the preferred payment method, and cards, tap to pay, card on file and cash are also accepted.

Works with each client's natural features, tailoring lash and brow services to the individual rather than covering them up.
