Each visit begins with a skin analysis and a custom plan, and the esthetician reviews the intake form before the appointment. Add-on suggestions are based on what a client's skin needs. Newcomers can book a free 45-minute Consultation Experience, which includes a seated skin analysis and a personal plan. A consultation is recommended for first-time clients but is not required before booking a treatment.
Facials run from a 30-minute express option to 45-minute treatments. Natural Facelift Red Light Therapy is a needle-free, non-invasive session that combines a Thermal X mask with red and infrared light. Other options include Glo2, Cold Therapy, Brightening, Deep Moisture, Deep Detox and Glass Skin facials. The spa says its facials are advanced aesthetic facials powered by Swiss science, and it notes that individual results vary.
