Visits are sized to how often each client waxes or fills lashes rather than following a single fixed length. A first Brazilian visit is 40 minutes, with extra time so the client can go at their own pace, and the studio asks new Brazilian clients to wait at least four weeks since their last shave or wax for the best results. Regulars on a three- to five-week cycle book shorter appointments, while clients who have gone longer get extra time for longer or denser regrowth.

Brow services begin with a consultation and brow mapping for first-time clients, which includes measuring, calming gel, toner and a clear style gel. A free lip wax is included with that first brow visit. Clients with tattooed brows can book a clean-up around the tattoo that leaves the shape untouched. Lash extensions are offered as a fill every two to three weeks, and a full set is needed if 21 or more days have passed.

The Brazilian Bestie Bundle lets two people book the same day, one appointment after the other, with each receiving a selected service at a discounted rate. It requires a non-refundable booking fee to hold both spots and cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons or loyalty rewards.

Services are booked and timed around each client's current maintenance schedule, so the appointment length matches how much regrowth there is.
