The Bellmore office focuses on injectables, weight-loss injections, IV therapy, facials and laser resurfacing. Same-day appointments are available, and visits can be booked online or by calling the office.

Injectables include neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin, each a 15-minute visit), dermal fillers from Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, Belotero, Versa and RHA Collection, Sculptra for gradual volume, and Kybella for fat under the chin. Botox is used to soften forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, and the site also lists it for migraines and excessive sweating. New clients receive $100 off Botox and $50 off Juvederm at Bellmore, and these new client offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

Weight-loss injections are semaglutide (GLP-1) and lipotropic injections, each a 10-minute appointment. Lipotropic injections contain methionine, inositol, choline and B12. IV therapy comes as nine drip formulas, most taking 45 to 60 minutes, ranging from the Myers Cocktail and NAD+ drip to the Methylene Blue, Hangover Detox and Vitality Vitamin drips.

Facial and laser options include HydraFacial, chemical peels made with SkinCeuticals, SkinMedica and VI Peel, dermaplaning, SkinPen microneedling, radiofrequency skin tightening, LED teeth whitening with SMYLEXO, and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing with no downtime. Advanced ablative CO2 resurfacing is physician-only, used for deeper correction, and involves 7 to 10 days of recovery. Those procedures are booked directly with Dr. Caiati, who also provides complimentary CoolSculpting and SmartLipo consultations. PDO threads offer a non-surgical lift for the face and neck.

Treatments are physician-supervised, and the visits are designed to be short.
