The menu is broad. Neurotoxin options include Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Letybo, with Botox also offered for excessive sweating in the armpits and hands and for migraine treatment. Dermal filler collections come from RHA, Evolysse and Restylane, and a non-surgical facelift is available after a free consultation. Skin work includes VI chemical peels in four formulas, selected after a skin assessment, with peeling expected for about 7 to 10 days. Matrix radiofrequency treatments, Matrix skin resurfacing, Matrix skin tightening and Glace hydrodermabrasion are also offered. The business describes Letybo as South Korea's number one neurotoxin.

Outside injectables, the spa offers IV hydration blends, vitamin booster injections, PRP hair restoration, BHRT pellet therapy, testosterone replacement, Korean lash lifts and tints, and a weight loss program using semaglutide, tirzepatide or Reta. Weight loss begins with an initial appointment covering weight, vitals, BMI and medical history. Reta is not FDA approved.

The business hosts Botox and Bubbles parties at a medspa space with a candy bar, beverage and espresso bar, and a living room corner beside the treatment rooms. Mobile Botox parties are also available, and filler can be arranged during a party. A bridal package is offered for $999. Memberships are billed monthly at Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, with no long-term commitment and cancellation on 30 days written notice.

Appointments require a card on file. Changes need at least 48 hours notice through the online patient portal. Late cancellations or rescheduling inside 48 hours cost $50 per service booked, and no-call no-shows are charged 50 percent of each service. Gift cards are final, and cards bought with a discount code cannot be used for weight loss, prescriptions or hormone therapy.

The spa operates as a medical spa under a Medical Director, and several services begin with an assessment, including skin evaluations before peels, a free consultation before the facelift, and an initial medical review for weight loss.

The party space has a candy bar, espresso and beverage bar, and a living room style corner near the treatment rooms.
