The aim is a relaxed setting where the focus stays on what each guest wants, needs and how they feel overall.

Hair services cover color work such as single and double process color, retouches, glossing, highlights in several sizes, face framing, corrective color, men's color and brow tinting. Color is custom formulated to suit the client's look and lifestyle, and the salon can help choose tones that lighten or deepen natural color. Cuts for women, men and children are offered, and each cut begins with a consultation, shampoo, scalp massage, conditioning, blow dry and advice on caring for the hair at home. Perms and relaxers are available, and treatments such as shine treatments and deep conditioners use custom-blended ingredients for dry, damaged or delicate hair.

The spa side includes facials for deep cleansing, anti-aging and acne concerns, microdermabrasion, and the Rose de Mar chemical peel, which the salon describes as working on brown spots, skin tightening, texture and elasticity, and blemishes. Waxing is available for many areas, from brows and lip to full legs and a man's chest and back. Skin tag removal is priced by the number of tags, and for more than five the salon asks clients to contact Martha directly for a price.

Bellissima Boutique is located inside the salon and sells clothing, jewellery, accessories, hats, scarves and purses. Consultations are free. Clients can book by email, by phone at 619-295-9312, or through the contact form on the website. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday.

The salon analyzes hair before recommending a treatment and custom formulates color to fit each client's look and lifestyle.
