Bellezza Salon Suites Windhaven

Bellezza Salon Suites is a family owned business, and the business describes itself as female owned. Beth is the majority owner and has more than 25 years of experience as a stylist and salon specialist. Her husband, Fred, manages both salons on a daily basis and brings many years of customer service and management experience.

The business operates two locations totaling about 10,000 square feet: a Windhaven location in Plano and a Stonebriar location in Frisco. The business describes each one as designed as an exclusive retreat for comfort and serenity.

The core of the business is leasing suites to independent salon professionals who want to run their own small business. Leased suites come equipped with sinks, bowls, dryers, chairs and other salon equipment. All utilities are included in the lease except phone. Tenants also get complimentary WiFi for themselves and their clients, cable or satellite in each room at no cost, a break room with vending, a microwave, an ice and water cooler and a TV, and access to a laundry room. The premises have 24-hour security surveillance with after-hours access.

Services offered at the salons include hairstyling, cutting, barber services, hair extensions, highlight and color work, smoothing and straightening, Brazilian blowouts, waxing, threading, laser hair removal, massage and body treatments, skin care and facials, spray tanning, professional make-up, natural nail care including manicures and pedicures, and Botox and esthetic fillers.

Prospective tenants can submit a leasing inquiry through the contact form or reach Fred or Beth directly at either salon. The Windhaven location can be reached at (972) 473-2777 and the Stonebriar location at (214) 387-4141.

The business presents itself as a place where independent professionals can run their own small businesses under one roof.

Both locations are described as designed as an exclusive retreat for comfort and serenity.
