Bellemay Salon Studios is a studio rental business with a South Fulton location at 7580 Springbox Dr., Suite 260, Fairburn, and a Douglasville location at 3387 Highway 5, Suite A. Each studio has its own door with lock pad access, and the suites have tall ceilings, storage and tile floors. Shared spaces include a lobby, a waiting area, a shampoo area and a processing area.

Leases run on 6-month or 12-month terms and include all utilities and salon furniture. Tenants may sell their own retail products, receive free continuing education classes, and get marketing across the business's media platforms. Free Wi-Fi is available for tenants and their guests.

The building has a receptionist on site during business hours, a break room with seating, a refrigerator, a bathroom and washer and dryer access, and a mini marquee that lists studio tenants and how to contact them. Guests can park for free, and the building has a security system with 24/7 access. The studios are owned and operated by a licensed Master Cosmetologist and Educator who is on site.

Professionals who are new to the industry, or who want to grow their career without running their own studio, can take a salon team position. Team members receive training, guidance and support, and the business handles their scheduling, product purchasing and marketing. Lease applicants must provide a professional license number and three professional references.
