Belle Vous Salon is a one-person studio at 14150 Huffmeister Rd., Suite 120, Room 21, in Cypress, Texas, located inside Sola Salons. Suzy Kent is the owner and only operator, so each appointment is handled by her directly. The studio concentrates on curly hair, though its haircutting is offered for all hair types.

Every service is shaped around the client's hair texture and goals. Curl sculpting is the signature offering: a new client's first visit is a two-hour session that starts with a scalp analysis and consultation, and the full-service length for ongoing visits is decided after that first appointment. Options run from one hour to three hours and cover the cut, styling and a service check. Thick, long or tightly coiled hair is booked as a longer session, and the three-hour version is listed as mandatory for that hair type.

Haircuts blend DevaCurl and Ouidad techniques. They are usually cut dry, and wet cutting with the Ouidad method is reserved for occasional cases. Chemical services include full gray coverage with One Process Coloring, customizable Dimensional Coloring, and Texture Reform for perms, spiral perms, Brazilian Blowouts and Express Blowouts. Texture Reform does not include a haircut.

The studio also offers Lassio Follicle Fusion, a two-step treatment with collagen, biotin, hyaluronic acid and amino acids, for hair showing dullness, brittleness or heat stress, and Scalp Therapy, a non-chemical service using Milbon aromatherapy products to address itchy scalp, buildup and growth.

Booking has firm rules. A non-refundable deposit secures every appointment and goes toward the total. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations are charged the full price. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Clients are asked to come alone, and children 13 and under need a consultation before any service. Curl services need clean, detangled hair worn in its natural curls with little to no product, and no hair products should be in the hair for color services. The studio is not a fit for quick fixes, trend-only services or minimal maintenance. Clients are asked to text 281-787-6487 rather than call.

Each service is customized to the client's hair texture and goals, with haircuts that blend DevaCurl and Ouidad techniques and are usually cut dry.
