A full set appointment usually runs at least 1.5 to 2 hours. A fill with half or more of the extensions still in place typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. According to the studio, a set can hold for up to three to four weeks, with the exact length depending on fiber thickness, daily habits and how the lashes are cared for. Keeping them in good shape means steering clear of oil-based products near the eyes, leaving the lashes alone rather than picking, pulling or rubbing them, and avoiding sleeping on the face. Clients should wash the lashes with a studio-approved cleanser applied by brush at a minimum of every few days, and give them a gentle rinse whenever makeup comes off. Traditional sets take about 24 hours to dry before they set, whereas UV-cured sets can be swum in and showered in right after application.

On policy, the studio does not offer refunds and will fix a set instead. If significant fallout happens within the first 4 days on lashes that are not attached, the studio will fix the set for free. Service fees may change with customization. Foreign fills, for lashes applied by another artist, are priced after contacting the studio directly, and the studio may need to remove the existing extensions and apply a full set 24 hours or more later, depending on how the previous artist applied them. The studio reserves the right to decline or end service with any client it feels is not a good fit.
