The studio says it is one of the few artists in the region who specializes in 3D nipple tattoos, offered to clients who have had a mastectomy or another breast-altering procedure. These visits begin with a free private consultation of 30 to 45 minutes. The studio also says it accepts major insurance for areola and scar camouflage tattoos that come from medically necessary procedures, and insurance preauthorization is completed at the consultation and usually takes about seven working days.

Scar camouflage begins with a free consultation of 30 to 45 minutes covering medical paperwork, a treatment plan and a price quote. A $50 skin patch test, which includes supplies, comes before treatment, and a follow-up visit is scheduled one week after the first session. Microblading and microshading each include a complimentary touch-up about eight weeks after the initial service, and combination brows that mix the two techniques carry no extra charge.

Bookings are made through the website, though clients first request an appointment by text or instant message before paying the $50 booking fee that applies to single-service visits for microblading, microshading, lip micropigmentation, permanent eyeliner or areola restoration. Rescheduling requires more than 24 hours' notice and is allowed once. Cancelled appointments and no-shows without a call or text forfeit the deposit, and lip touch-ups canceled or moved with less than 48 hours' notice carry a $75 rebooking fee.

Payment options include PayPal in four interest-free installments, and finance plans with 0% interest over 12 months or longer terms up to 60 months, applied for online and usually decided the same day. The studio says it keeps its OSHA certification current through an annual exam.

The studio uses single-use sterile needles, disposable containment systems and gamma-sterilized pigments, and staff wear face masks during procedures. Topical anesthetic is used during most procedures to reduce discomfort.
