Cancellations and reschedules require 48 hours notice and must be made online through the link in the booking confirmation. The salon does not accept cancellations or changes by email, voicemail or phone, and late cancellations are subject to a fee.

For extensions, the hair is purchased through a deposit. The deposit must be completed 3 to 5 business days before the extension appointment and cannot be made on the day of installation. Hair purchases are final and non-refundable, and the purchased hair goes to the client. Any remaining balance is applied to appointment services or refunded if services are cancelled. Extension hair orders are processed Wednesday through Saturday.
