Lash work covers four styles. Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash, hybrid extensions blend classic and volume techniques, volume extensions fan 3 to 6 lashes onto each natural lash, and mega volume extensions fan up to 15. Fills are scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks, and a set counts as a full set when more than 40 percent of lashes are missing. The facial menu starts with a 30 to 45 minute Express facial, moves to a 60 minute Basic facial with extractions and high frequency, and tops out with a 90 minute Deluxe facial that adds an ultrasonic skin scrubber, ice globes and LED light. Targeted options include a 75 minute acne facial built around cleansing, extractions, masks and blue light, and a 75 minute anti-aging facial that uses RF skin tightening and red light. Dermaplaning, which uses a scalpel for physical exfoliation, can be added to a facial or booked on its own.

Brow lamination straightens, lifts and tints brow hairs, lasts up to 8 weeks, and can be paired with a brow tint. Permanent makeup brows include microblading, combo brows that pair microblading strokes with shading (also called microshading), and ombre/powder brows made with a tattoo machine for a soft shaded look that is listed as suitable for all skin types. Microblading and combo brows last up to 18 months, and microblading needs a touch-up 6 to 8 weeks after the first visit. Eyeliner tattoo and lip blushing, a semi-permanent color and shape treatment that lasts several years with touch-ups, are also offered. Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, is usually a series of 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, with yearly sessions suggested afterward.

Deposits are non-refundable, though rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead lets the deposit move once to another date. Appointments are paid in full on arrival or when booked online, and card payments carry a $3 fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means rescheduling and losing the deposit. Packages must be bought in full and cannot be refunded. Extra guests and children are not allowed at appointments, and clients who repeatedly reschedule, cancel or no-show may be turned away.
