The salon describes itself as the cleanest nail salon in LA, and it states five guiding values: cleanliness, comfort, care, consistency and communication. Clean practice is built into the routine. Metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave and a freshly sealed sterilized pouch is opened for each client. Pedicure tubs are fitted with disposable plastic liners that are changed after every pedicure, and technicians wear rubber gloves for pedicures.
