The menu is built around manicures and pedicures in several tiers, from bare and classic services up to spa pedicures with a sugar scrub, mask and a choice of 17 scents, and paraffin treatments for hands and feet. Gel and Dazzle Dry polish are both available, along with dipping powder, hard gel overlays and Gel-X extensions in short, medium and long lengths. Nail art is priced per finger and needs to be booked by phone or by emailing a photo of the design. The salon also offers a separate menu for clients aged 10 and under, and a full waxing menu running from toes and fingers to full legs and full body.

The shop carries more than 1,500 polish shades from well-known brands, covering traditional, gel, dipping powder and non-toxic lacquers. Classic manicures can be done with OPI Infinite Shine or Essie Gel Couture. Dazzle Dry is a non-toxic polish system that the salon describes as drying in about five minutes.

Clients should know a few house rules. Gel repairs are guaranteed for 10 days and Dazzle Dry repairs for 7 days, but nails done at another salon are not repaired. Requests for a particular manicurist must be made by phone, because online booking does not accept them. A credit card is held for every appointment, and tipping by credit card is not possible; gratuity is paid in cash or through Venmo. The salon sterilizes its tools in a dry heat autoclave oven, packs each implement in its own sterilization pouch and discards single-use equipment that cannot be autoclaved. Pedicure tubs get a fresh liner for every client and are sanitized after each use.
