The facials run from a 30-minute express option to longer treatments. The Island Hydration Facial uses coconut and papaya enzymes and is designed for sensitive, dry or wrinkled skin. The Timeless Pearl Facial uses a cherry enzyme treatment for normal to combination skin, the Back Facial targets ingrown hairs and acne-prone skin on the back, and the Polished Pearl Peel is a chemical peel. Add-ons include microdermabrasion with fine crystals, LED light therapy, gua sha, cooling facial globes, a hydrating lip treatment and a hand massage. The business describes gua sha as helping lymphatic drainage and puffiness, and LED light therapy as promoting collagen production.

Lash and brow appointments have set time and policy details. Times are listed for each lash set, fill and removal, and new lash clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete consultation forms.
