Weddings are the core of the work. A bridal preview is a trial of up to 90 minutes for $200 that lets a bride test a wedding day makeup look, and it is booked only once the date falls within 60 days of the ceremony. The bride's wedding day makeup application is done on location for $250, is for the bride only, and is long-lasting, waterproof and sweatproof, with complimentary strip lashes and a full touch-up kit. Wedding makeup is applied with prestige brand cosmetics. Bridal party and mother hair and makeup are $150 per person with no group rates, flower girls up to age 10 get makeup for $50 and hair for $100, and bridal party hairstyles are either tailored to each member or follow one uniform look the bride picks. Elopement hair and makeup are basic services performed at the Newport News studio for intimate ceremonies only.

Event work covers in-studio and on-location hair and makeup for occasions beyond weddings. Options include thermal styling with updos and half-up or half-down looks, Hollywood or glam waves, and full face or second skin makeup with standard strip lashes. On-location appointments add a mileage fee of $1.00 per mile round trip. Add-ons include clip-in extension installation, re-usable mink strip lashes, glitter or cut crease eyeshadow, and before or after hours appointments.

Clients who want clip-in extensions pay a $100 extension consultation, which can be done virtually for clients outside Hampton Roads. Extensions are suggested for shorter or thinner hair and for styles that need length and volume, such as Hollywood waves. The hair services do not include blowouts, straightening, wig installation, or color or chemical services.

Booking follows a few rules. Wedding services need a 50% retainer of the total balance at booking, with add-ons paid in full up front. On-location wedding work during peak season (March to November) requires a minimum of the bride plus three adults for both hair and makeup, and outside peak season the on-location minimum is $850 or clients can come to the studio. Larger parties require an assistant or second artist. An early start fee of $100 per artist applies when a bridal party timeline begins before 8 AM, including drive time. Event makeup and lesson bookings need a card on file, which is not charged toward the retainer.

Makeup lessons are offered one-on-one. A beginner lesson for everyday makeup runs two hours for $235 and includes a complimentary makeup sponge and a six-page e-booklet of products and steps. A mini lesson lasts one hour for $150 and focuses on brows, eyes or complexion, with three pages of notes. There is also one-on-one MUA training for working makeup artists at $400, focused on soft glam technique with two models of different complexions, and the artist may record the session.

Services are built around the client's date and location, with in-studio and on-location options, pre-wedding trials and a clear list of fees before the day.
