The menu is organized into three groups. Haircut and style services cover women's, men's and children's cuts, shampoo and style, conditioning treatments, special occasion styling and the Brazilian Blowout. The color menu runs from quick color retouches and bleach retouches through accent, partial and full foil or balayage, full bleach, fantasy colors and color correction, with all over color also available.

Hair extensions are offered as tape-in extensions from HotHeads and HairCouture, in lengths from 10 to 24 inches and more than 50 shades, including ombre and fashion colors. Pricing depends on the quantity and the look you want, and a consultation is required before extensions are booked. Each application lasts 8 to 10 weeks. The salon describes the tape-ins as seamless and undetectable in the hair.

Booking policies: clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or missed within 48 hours carry a $50 cancellation fee, which must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
