Bella Salon Suites

Bella Salon Suites does not offer services itself. It rents private salon suites to independent salon owners, who run their own businesses inside the building. The average suite measures 12 x 14 feet, and larger suites may be possible on request. Rent starts at $275 per week and rises with suite size.

Suites are rented by the week with no contract. Renters can leave at any time with four weeks' notice. A one-week rent deposit is required and is non-refundable. Before renting, renters must provide a copy of any state or city license their work requires. Renters are asked to keep no more than two clients in their suite at one time. Renters set their own schedules and are not limited in hours.

Each suite is fully enclosed and sound-dampened, with custom premium fixtures. Suites include custom cabinets, Brazilian granite countertops, a vanity, a private fresh air exhaust system, an adjustable black shampoo chair station or faucet, and full-spectrum LED lighting. Suites come ready to use, and renters bring their own stylist chair and tools. Renters may customize a suite if they tell the salon before making changes, and staff will hang pictures and install custom mirrors or shelving at no extra cost once renters bring them in. Security includes 24-hour camera surveillance, an auto-locking front entrance, and a video intercom with door controls and electronic FOB access at the front door and at each private suite.
