Color is the core of the menu. Options range from all over color and fashion color, which begins with a consultation, to balayage, which is custom hand-painted highlights with a full glaze included. Foil work comes in full, partial and halo versions, and retouches can be booked on their own or paired with a haircut. Several combined packages pair all over color or a retouch with foils, and a Mini Halo add-on is available for color and retouch clients.

Other hair services include keratin treatments, perms, a Botox hair treatment, a Leaf and Flower conditioning treatment, women's blow-dry styling and updo styling. Children aged 10 and under receive a wash, haircut and blow-dry with their cut.

Walk-ins are welcome, and the salon also takes online bookings, which require a deposit. Clients can call the front desk to book without one. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations may be charged 50% of the service cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may cost the appointment, and a no-show is charged 50% of the missed service. After two no-shows, clients can no longer book. If a client is unhappy with a service, they should say so during the appointment or within 48 hours; the salon offers adjustments but does not refund services. Unsupervised children are not allowed in the salon, and clients should share any allergies, physical conditions, disabilities or pregnancy with staff.

Tanning and wellness-style services round out the menu: VersaSpa sunless spray tanning sold per session, Level 1, 2 and 3 UV tanning beds, and red light therapy. Prepaid tanning sessions expire one year from the date of service. The salon works with Keune hair care products and the b3 range, including the b3 Pro Bond Builder used during color services. Free parking, disabled access and WiFi are available, the salon is kid friendly, and it accepts major credit cards, debit, Discover, American Express, check and cash.
