New clients need a consultation before any chemical service. The consultation costs $25.00 and is non-refundable, but if the chemical service is booked within 48 hours of the consultation, that fee goes toward the client's balance. Every chemical service includes a trim, which is part of the price and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Microlink and tape-in extension appointments carry a non-refundable $100.00 booking fee, while other appointments carry a $30.00 non-refundable booking fee. Every client is shampooed and conditioned during the visit, so clients should not arrive with hair already washed and conditioned. Hair that needs detangling incurs a $15.00 charge. Clients who bring their own products do not receive a discount, and clients who request a special or favorite shampoo are still charged, with the stylist not responsible for the final outcome.

Deposits follow set rules: one cancellation is allowed under the initial deposit, and after two cancellations a new deposit is required. A deposit can be applied to a later booking only in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, and it must be used within 30 days or it is forfeited. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service to the card on file. Clients running late should call, since appointments more than 30 minutes past the start time without communication are cancelled. Clients who are a no-call, no-show more than once cannot book future appointments.

Clients under 10 years old are not serviced. Extra guests are only allowed if they are also receiving a service. Clients with flu-like symptoms are asked to reschedule, and the business may refuse service to anyone who appears sick. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and credit card, but not Cash App.
