Prices listed are for cash payments, and card transactions carry a 2% adjustment. Prices can change with nail shape, length and design, so clients are asked to confirm with their technician or manager before service begins. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows may be charged a fee or asked for a deposit on the next booking, and frequent no-shows may lose booking privileges. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed. Groups are booked with a separate technician for each guest, and a manicure and pedicure done together need two appointments in the same time slot. Clients who want a specific technician may wait for that person, while choosing anyone gives the earliest opening. A sample of shape, length and color is shown on one or two fingers before work continues. Service sales are final except for duplicate charges, and concerns should be raised within 3 days. Basic polish fixes are free within 2 to 4 days, and gel, acrylic, SNS and LCN fixes are free within 7 days, with design fixes handled by the same technician. Repairs from accidents or lifting may carry a small fee. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Diabetic clients are asked to tell staff so extra care can be given.
