The menu is built around manicures, artificial nails and polish. A regular manicure covers trimming, shaping, cuticle work, buffing, oil and a hand massage, finished with regular polish, and gel removal can be added for an extra $5. Shellac manicures finish the same steps with shellac or gel polish. Artificial nail options include full sets in regular, shellac or gel, pink and white, dipping powder and ombre, along with fills and dipping powder overlays. Shaping, length, nail art and toe acrylic are offered as extras.

Pedicures come in four tiers. The spa pedicure, Healthy Feet, starts with a blue salt foot soak and includes nail trimming, cuticle grooming, a hot towel, a lotion massage and regular polish. The Deluxe Smile Feet pedicure adds callus treatment, a sea salt scrub, hot towel wraps, oil and paraffin wax. Supreme Happy Feet adds a sea salt sugar scrub, cooling gel, paraffin and a hot stone massage. The top tier, Rejuvenation and Beauty Feet, uses NaturalSpa Pedi Salt, a collagen scrub and cream mask, reflexology and a hot stone massage. Gel or shellac color can be added to any pedicure for $12, or from $12 for the luxury option.

Clients can walk in or book ahead. Arriving ten minutes or more after an appointment time means being treated as a walk-in. Cancellations are asked to be reported in advance. Disposable liners are used for each client to limit cross-contamination. Prices are listed on the menu but can change with length, design and time, so clients are asked to confirm the price with their technician before service. Clients should mention any health issues or diabetes before a service begins. Gift certificates are available. Service refunds are not offered, but the salon will try to resolve any problem with a service.
