The salon describes its nail care as clean, calm and unrushed. Pedicures use pipe-less basins with a fresh disposable liner for every service, and the salon says it sterilizes tools in autoclave hospital-grade sterilizers and disinfects with EPA-approved products. It also says it does not reuse paraffin wax treatments and avoids gallon-size spa products for manicures and pedicures.

Booking can be done online through the salon's booking site. Booking more than 48 hours ahead means no confirmation is needed, and the salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Gift cards and e-gift cards are sold in store or online, and a reward program gives $20 off for every 400 points earned.
